[PHOTOS INSIDE] Have I found a hairline crack in molar?

So this is my lower left 7 molar. It's had RCT but it's not worked, the pain actually isn't in the tooth but under the gum - hurts to press very specific point - i'm having it execrated on Monday but i was looking at one of my x-ray's post RCT and noticed a very slight hairline ....i done some contrast and brightness changes to make this stand out, can you see what I mean?

maybe? it would certainly be in the "area" of pain when i press.

The part you marked looks ok. However the front root looks like it may have a crack going to the left about 1/3 the way down. The problem is that this image is highly compressed so no one can say and in general it is difficult to detect cracks in roots via radiograph.
