Please Help!!! I'm going insane!!

I'm totally going insane I'm so depressed!! I have been throwing up everyday for 4 years, doctors don't know why! The enamel has disappeared from my teeth causing me to have them all pulled and a full set of dentures put in. Due to all my previous medical bills I could not afford to have this done in Texas where I live (27 extractions plus full set of dentures) was over 7000$! We opted to go to Acuna Mexico and have it done as the price was 3000$ including hotel & taxi for 3 days! The dentist was great! No complaints! But...I had this done in Sept. 2010 it's now Jan. 2011 and I still have small bone fragments coming out 46 total so far, and now dealing with 3 right now!! They hurt soooo bad!! We have called the dentist and went back to see him 3x! He says it's normal?!?!? But I don't see how this many is normal. Everyone else I've talked to that has dentures hasn't had but maybe 3/4 bone fragments. The ones I'm dealing with now are so painful I'm going insane, I put Benzodent on them and try & work them out but they aren't cooperating!! How do I get tgem out? Why do I have so many?? What can I do to relieve the pain?

I can't help you with the denture question but about the daily vomiting... could it be panic attacks? Or a food allergy... like wheat for example? I mean, people don't vomit every day for no reason.

I've been to 9 doctors and had every test imaginable, they took out my gallbladder saying it wasn't working & making me throw up. Wrong!! They have no clue.
