I had my wisdom tooth removed a few months ago and now I’ve got this spot please someone tell me what it is can it be an abscess even tho I’ve no tooth there? I’m going out of my mind with worry

It appeared yesterday well that’s when I first noticed it but it hasn’t always been there

It's a little bit of bone that's causing the gum to stretch over it. It'll go away in a wee while.
