Question about my son and sensitivity

My son is going to the dentist on Monday but lately he said that it’s sensitive to floss between the lower central incisor and lateral. The sensitivity is coming front the lateral near the top. He hasn’t had any cavities but does have white spots moreso in the back ever sense he was born. Not cavity prone though. I looked no shadow only a little white like his other teeth.
