Removing teeth at the same time or separately?

Hi,
I have a granuloma under my lower jaw molar (tooth had a root canal + revision).
I have an appointment for an extraction on November 14th.

In the past we spoke also about removing the wisdom tooth, same quadrant, lower right side.
I already removed the upper one and it looks like is indenting a bit my check, plus it makes hard to clean the remain molar.

So it's not two adjacent teeth.
There is wisdom tooth + remaining root canaled molar + the molar to extract with granuloma.

He said they should be simple extractions.
I am of course scared because it's the bottom jaw.

Is it better to remove them at the same time or separately, for recovery?
I am not super strong, physically and mentally and maybe for the body to cope with one at time it would be better?

Or better at once and get it done as for anesthesia/antibiotics (that I am taking) and anxiety panic 😄 (post op on healing...)

Thanks!

Better to get them both done at once if you think you can cope.

Thanks, I will ask of course the dentist.
I might be more anxious checking two sockets, but as I am anxious for at least 5 days I will reduce in half 😄 or maybe 3/4.

From a recovery point of view do you think it's more taxing for the body and more likely to have complications?

I will need anyway to avoid the area since they are in a similar place.

Is there any other reason why is suggested to have them both done at once?

No, none at all.

Half the chance of post op complications.

@Gordon and stock up on liquid children's Advil it totally helps with the pain. Keep the cotton gauze in until bedtime and you won't get a dry socket. As long as the teeth are on the same side of your mouth just get them removed. Leave a side to chew on always.

@Gordon I smoke a lot, found out the hard way this method works. No more dry socket as long as I keep the gauze in.
