Renewed bleeding - blame sutures?

Hi, I had all my wisdom teeth extracted last Tuesday. I had little pain or bleeding after the operation (bleeding stopped completely by Thursday).

However, the lower left started bleeding a little on Sunday. By this Tuesday night, both lower left and lower right were bleeding on and off with mild pinprick/burning pain. This giant step backward got me very disappointed with my healing progress.

Is the new bleeding due to the sutures dissolving and the wounds opening again? Thanks.

Probably the sutures dissolving, they dissolve by irritating the surrounding tissues and the body shoves in some extra blood cells to deal with the "invasion".
