Hi- I have had a root canal and left my second treatment for three months because the dentist hit a nerve and I left the appointment abruptly. He did the second treatment but wants to do one more. I found the chemical solution made me feel very light headed and almost want to throw up. Is this normal? Also, my tooth feels sensitive to bite down and even when I put my tongue on it. It basically has felt this way for three months now. Since the second treatment, it has been one week. Should I go through with a third treatment or just have the tooth pulled? I am tired of having this tooth sensitivity drag on.

You've got through the worst of the root canal work now, so I'd go ahead and get it finished, it's the relatively easy stage now.
