Root exposure

Ok so I've had a bad run with the dentist my whole life. I've always had anxiety and an irrational fear of dental operations. It's caused me to have to get two teeth extracted at the age of 21.....one of them was my first molar next to my canine and now the molar thats farther back has busted through the gum and I can see the root down in the extraction site. I'm so scared to lose the tooth entirely because I already had two taken out not a week ago... Should I go back to the dentist or wait and see if the hole closes back up on its own

Really hard to understand what's going on from your description, sorry. However, in general you'd be better asking your dentist, they've seen your mouth and know what's going on.
