Salt Water Rinses

I have a question about rinsing your mouth out with salt water. Does it matter what kind of salt you use?

I very much doubt it. It's all pretty much similar & will kill bacteria (although don't tell my friend who swears by some special ionised salt), but the smaller granules dissolve faster.
