Scared about bone removal

with partial boney impactions where the teeth are erupted above the gum but are so crowded and far back that bone removal is necessary.... can you feel the bone removal or will that also be numbed up where you feel no pain?????

The bone is numbed the same way the teeth are. Have had it done myself, it feels just like having a filling done, just a bit of vibration.
