Hello, my step brother Josh has refused to see a dentist in many years. We took this picture last night and we are VERY concerned. Just wondering what the general opinion is here and if it's too late for some of his teeth.
We also do not have dental coverage. He is unemployed and on SSI.
He suffers from schizophrenia, aspergers, substance abuse and alcoholism. So it's near impossible to get him to let us take him in for help. But I'm worried we are past the point of no return with his teeth.
