Hi. I had two crowns fitted on my back bottom left side two months ago. I have had adjustments as my tongue was rubbing and I was biting my cheek. The second back crown has always felt like a “pebble” and weird -not tooth shaped. My problem now is my front teeth are hitting when I speak after the last adjustment. I have major dental anxiety after a bad experience years ago which left me with scar tissue in my lower lip and numbness/tingling. My gut is telling me I need crown redone as it’s going on for so long and really affecting my mental health. Any advice would be welcome.

Hi there fellow Weegie, :welcome: I'm from Clydebank originally.

The best advice really is go back to your dentist and get them to check it out for you. Write out a wee list of questions in advance and take it with you.

@Gordon thanks so much for your reply. I have an appointment in 2 weeks for a review. Hopefully it is easily fixed as it’s causing so much anxiety and discomfort
