Earlier today I noticed that the vary back tooth in my lower left jaw has shifter slightly. It's not a huge shift, one side just shifted back a little and the tooth isn't loose or painful at all, but I'm still worried. Is this something I need to see my dentist about or should I just keep an eye on it for the time being? Is it even something to worry about at all?

only worry about it if you need something to worry about.

Definately get it checked, if you are worried enough to post on here, you need it checked. There is no harm in checking after all.
Good luck
Bee :)
