Should the teeth next to an extracted wisdom tooth hurt

Had a lower wizzie removed 9 days ago and everything still hurt. The tooth next to the extraction hurts when I bite down. Also the an upper tooth hurts as well. It’s sometime a stabbing pain. Al I’m doing is take Advil like it was candy every 3 hours. They gave me vicodeine but I don’t like how it makes me feel. Went back to OS after 7 days but he said everything was fine. Should things still be hurting this bad? I’m worried because I leave for vacation in 4 days! I probably should have left it alone until I got back but when I had the upper one removed the pain was gone and back to normal In 4 days.

Of course now its a holiday weekend and I think I’m screwed getting this taken care of before I leave and will be in pain while on vacation. ?
