Single white spot on tongue for months. Very worried.

Hi guys

A few months ago I noticed a spot forming on my tounge. I was hoping it would heal itself, but hadn't.

I haven't been to the dentist in ten years & am currently trying to register with one.

Have any of you guys had anything like this before?
