I was wondering if anyone had experienced this or possibly a dentist who can help?

I have what feels like a very small bony nodule right at the top of my upper gum, There is no actual lump on the gum that I can see, I can only feel it when I run my tongue over it or rub my finger along it.

could this just be normal anatomy? I can’t get a dental appointment at the mo due to COVID, Googling has worried me as it’s thrown up cancer/jaw cancer!

thank you all

Probably normal anatomy. Oral cancers usually present first as an ulcer or white area that doesn't heal, not a lump.
