I have no idea what this is but these three dots come and go, and are currently very noticeable to me. The gum above the tooth it's near is also a slightly orange hue?? 70173592_517590682146073_1073586234514735104_n.jpg

Nope, never smoked. I recently had some cleanings done and brought up my concerns over my gums. Was told I had very minor gum irritation, no periodonitis or signs of infections, no mobility anywhere. Basically I just needed to floss more and get some old fillings redone. Never clued me in as to what's with the weird dots and strange colors in some areas.

There seems an overall stain on your gums, it could just be your normal pigmentation? The white spots look a little bit like keratosis, usually forms from minor trauma, over aggressive brushing can do it.

Thanks for the insight, Gordon. Just got back from a consultation with my new dentist. He said it was normal pigmentation and that I'm basically overthinking everything - who would've thought? :p
