Sore Gums months after filling?

Hi, a few months ago Janurary/feburary I got a metal filling installed (my first ever) in a tooth on my right side and for a while did not hurt but recentley ive contracted very slight gingervitis and ive had to start brushing more vigiriously. Now I can see a red section above the tooth which is very inflamed and sore and when I brush it is very sensetive and bleed a bit. I don't know if I have an infection etc. But I would live to get this sorted out asap.

Here is a picture of the gum, very sore. Is fine every morning before brushing slightly hurts when eating hot foods but not alot and comes like this every time I brush and bleeds? I think this is an infection
