Still bleeding 13 hours later. ?

Had a horizontally impacted wisdom tooth removed yesterday and the tooth in front of it. about 2pm, it is now 3am. Though the bleeding had mostly stopped by 10pm when I went to sleep, however woke up with a mouthful of blood, a sore throat and a cough, feel like blood has been running down my throat all night, like there is a bunch of it in my throat (similar feeling to when you have mucus in your throat). The extraction site has an oversized jelly like clot in it, that is much bigger than the size of the extraction site. I keep coughing, but I'm afraid it's going to disturb that clot. Advice?

If the bleeding was streaming blood than it would be alarming, but oozing bleeding is still reasonable.
