Suggestion on selecting dentist after building up courage to finally visit

I have some childhood trauma that led fear inside me to visit dentist, I am 23(M) - I got one molar broken (like 4 pillars, 1 pillar got off) and another molar completely off - just root there (added image) and another in upside which got similar got now got covered by gums (it was like when I was 16-17 maybe) and one molar which has slight cavity. I am adding image of teeth of which just root are remaining- as I saw online, it may need surgical extraction - you can see image like very less part visible, so can h guide on if I need dentist or oral surgeon and any suggestions on what to expect?
