Swollen lip after root canal

I had my first round of RCT treatment yesterday, the treatment in itself did not hurt and I was very relieved with that. However since I've been experiencing some pain and as my RCT was done on one of my front teeth, my top lip has swollen to about twice its size! Is this normal? If so how do i help it? I look deformed

It's not normal, but don't panic just yet. Could be a reaction to all the local and pulling around. Try some ice packs to see if you can reduce the swelling a bit.

Thank you, I'll try that. If it doesn't work what would you suggest?
