Teeth grinding and wisdom teeth extraction

Hi, i'm a very anxious person with various mental health diagnoses and just finally got my two bottom wisdom teeth removed after putting it off. I'm a chronic teeth grinder and I have a mouth guard I use at night. My extraction went pretty well since my wisdom teeth were pretty straight but there was no room for them. I'm currently very worried that if I go to sleep, I will grind and suck potentially cause a dry socket or injure the extraction site. I have stitches but I'm still very worried. I am not good with pain, especially in my mouth.

You have nothing to worry about. Your grinding should not harm the healing process in the extraction sites.
