Terrified it’s cancer

Hi everyone, can anyone please tell me what this small white mark is in the side of my tongue. It’s not raised, no pain, nothing just a tiny white mark but I can’t get if out of mg head it could be cancer. Thanks so much.

How long has it been since you noticed it? If it's been there more than 2 weeks then it needs looked at by a dentist (Not on here, in the flesh)
