Terrified of going to the dentist tomorrow!

I had my Left molar extracted 3 days ago and It looks infected and some skin from inside fell of with awful smell. And every time I swallow it tastes awful! I have also noticed some teeth have discolored! and one has a black hole in it. I couldn't feel more depressed! I'm calling asap tomorrow for an app.
