Tiny clicking noise, teeth moving?

I am noticing a tiny clicking noise near one of my molars near the front of my mouth. It happens after I swallow hard or suck on my teeth and then push against them. It doesn't feel like my tooth is actually moving, but there is a tiny little clicking sound and maybe it's actually shifting a very small amount? I'm not sure.

I was at the dentist last month for a regular checkup and she said my teeth and gums were healthy. I brush and floss daily.

This has never happened before and has only started today. Is this normal? Am I just imagining things? I have many paranoias about my teeth and tend to obsess over them.

Thanks guys

Might be a lose ligament that holds your tooth in place. Nothing major to worry about - leave it alone and it should heal up in a day or two. I found that when I floss a certain tooth, it starts to click but once I leave it alone, it's fine.
