Tiny hard lumps near extraction site

Hi everyone,

went to my dentist two days ago for some healing issues after my extraction (8 days after) and he’s packed and dressed the socket. Said all looked okay.

BUT since then I have 4 tiny little hard lumps in the gum. One on the inside facing my tongue and 3 on the outside facing my cheek. Can only really see the inside on when looking closely. Looks like a tiny tiny dot.

Any idea what this could be? I’m very aware they are there but not painful. Don’t want to phone my dentist again and annoy them.

Could be little bits of bone from the edge of the socket or little bits of scar tissue forming, don't worry about it.
