tooth and gum painful after filling

hi people, just need a bit of advice, had a filling in my tooth yesterday afternoon, after the anaesthetic(spelling?) wore off it wasnt too sore but gradually it has been quite sore aswell as the gum above it, it even hurts if i touch it with my tongue, is this normal to be like this or is something wrong? sorry if its a daft question

It sounds fairly normal to me, different people respond differently to dental procedures.
