Tooth extraction

Hello,
I'm due to be booked in for an extraction after my check up on Thursday.
I've since been to the doctors and found out that my heart is racing and that the rhythm is abnormal
Would this cause any concern during an extraction?
Am I better off waiting until I get a diagnosis from the hospital?

My extraction yesterday went well. Took 5 minutes. No pain till after the shot wore out. I ALMOST lost my blood clot for i made a sucking motion in my sleep. Scared me to death but i feel ok. no pain at all. I have a prescription for pain meds so i am saving most it for in case i get dry socket.
