Tooth feeling big

Why could a teeth feel sometimes big in the mouth? Sometimes like a bit numb.. the feeling is mostly when swallowing. It is a back lower molar root canaled three months ago.. dentist says everything looks fine in the X-ray..

Probably because you're hypersensitive about it because it's had a lot of work done on it recently?
