Tooth fragment left after extraction?

Hi, I had my tooth extracted 4 days ago. Didn't feel much pain after and it feels fine now. I've just had a look and it looks like a piece of tooth has been left behind? Or is it something else? I'm unsure, this is the first time I've had a tooth extracted? I will attach a picture. Thank you
