I’m awaiting an extraction in my upper jaw of one of my back molars, it was a failed RC when they opened it, the dentist described that it was bleeding from the inside and it looked like the infection had broke into the side of my tooth into the gum and could not have a RC on it.

From the X-ray it looks like the tooth is in my sinus cavity, I have been referred to the hospital for extraction.

I’ve been getting lightheaded/dizzy spells since last Thursday, and I’ve been to the doctors twice and they advised it might be due to the tooth infection.

Do I need to try and fast track my extraction? Or get some antibiotics off my dentist, is this something that can happen with an infected tooth that is awaiting removal?

Will be calling tomorrow but wanted to see if I can get any information as I’m a little worried concerning sepsis etc

Thanks in advance

Lisa

Important to note sorry, I have 0 pain in my tooth or my jaw!

However whenever I try to interdental Brush between those teeth they bleed everytime, and I’ve been doing that for over 2 months now

Can't see it myself, but what did they say when you phoned?
