i haven't brushed my teeth in ages as i find it really hard to get into routine we are talking a couple years here i have never been to the dentist and today i felt something strange in my mouth and when i checked all i saw way my gums sticking out and not where is should be my tooth is in pain and i struggle with grinding my teeth in the night my tooth brush was thrown away so i have no solution

there is always a start to everything so maybe seeing a dentist and see what is happening may be a good idea. For most people scared of the dentist, things look worse then they are. Who threw away your brush? Would it be an idea to get a new one?
