Upper back two teeth pulled

I am scheduled to have two of my upper back teeth extracted next week. I am concerned about the numbness that may occur and if it might affect my eyesight or sinus cavity. Is there anything I should be worried about? I am feeling anxious and experiencing panic attacks, which is causing me distress.

The numbness will not affect your eyesight and I can't see how you'd notice if your sinus cavity was numb or wasn't numb to be honest.
