Does anyone know how many teeth are required to have partial? Long story short, I've had a lot of work done which will be leaving me with three natural teeth on top. Both canines and a molar. I think the molar is 15. Would that be enough to support a partial? Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
Yes that should be enough as long as the teeth are stable and healthy.
Generally speaking, I recommend making a partial denture with a metal skeleton also known as dental frame.

I agree another option if you have significant periodontal disease is to do root canals on the canines and use locators as attachments. Your dentist needs to plan it out though as it is easy to get into a problem. Aesthetics are very nice this way.
