Very rotten smell after wisdom tooth extraction

Got my wisdom teeth out on Thursday and I've been having a few problems from them so far. I've noticed that when I go to sleep I drool a lot on my pillow and there's a mix of blood/drool on it when I wake up, and it smells really bad. Like something rotten and dead. Is this normal? and is there a way to get rid of the smell?

Yes it's fairly normal. Are you rinsing out regularly with salt water? That's about the best thing to do for it.
