What are these tiny holes all over my teeth? Fear over fillings. Is it bad to wait?

The following pictures are of my teeth. My dentist says I need a filling for my top, second to last molar on my left side.

anyways im having severe anxiety around this as ive never had a filling before. I decided to take photos of my teeth and now im more stressed because theres these tiny holes all over my teeth. Will all of these need to be fillings eventually too? Is it too late to naturally re mineralize the teeth?

why do dentists not support natural remineralization?

Those are little developmental pits, nothing to worry about and they won't lead to fillings in future.
Dentists do support remineralisation but there are limits to how effective it is, if a cavity gets through enamel then it's too late.
