This all started when my wisdom teeth began to give me issues about 6 months ago (erupting fast). I have had a lot of discomfort in my gums which regrettably has led me to pretty much let my mouth build up with plaque. I’ve been too afraid to brush my teeth because my gums are extremely sensitive and I have pressure on my teeth that makes them feel as if they are moving. It has me quite freaked out to say the least. I was treated with amoxicillin for a possible infection back in March when I noticed white patch like areas on my gums. I was told in the beginning of April at my oral surgeon consultation that I had no infection but I still have the white spots and they seem to be getting worse. The look and the texture is really off putting to say the least. My whole mouth feels odd.. my gums on the bottom teeth (sides) feel almost loose and wrinkled if that makes sense and the roof of my mouth kind of feels rough. What could this be?

You can get a fair amount of odd looking soft tissue when you get a lot of plaque built up.

@Gordon thank you for your reply. Is this something that I should be concerned about? Will it eventually go away?

It'll get better if you start brushing your teeth.
