Will I be nauseous after surgery (they aren't using laughing gas)?

I'm so afraid of being nauseous after my wisdom teeth extraction. My anesthesiologist is NOT using laughing gas, because he says it makes people sick. My question is, is there still a chance i'll be nauseous/vomit? I'm really scared to, especially with my mouth being numb and me being drugged.... I hate puking when I'm conscious and normal. it makes me feel faint.

Is it really just the laughing gas that makes people sick or is it also the general IV anesthesia? please be honest.

I don't remember anyone getting nauseous when I have given them a drug prophylaxsis.
