Will I be okay

Sorry too keep asking but the Dentist in Manchester is so hard too get a NHS dentist and I can’t afford too go and see a private one as my daughter is about too lose her job and I’m scared .
So I obviously have the ongoing issue with the abscess and I’ve been using salt washes every day all the time while it’s not painful it’s sensitive when it’s pressed and I’m unsure if I have another infection.
I am seeing the dentist next week for a filling so will I be okay till then ?

I am drained thinking about my teethe and scared I’ll die it’s so horrible

I’m also waiting too speak too my gynaecologist as I think this may now be connected too my hormones as every time I’m due on this happens like it all flares up .
Near my jaw the pain ( please note it’s not where I’m taking pain killers it’s just uncomfortable)

I can’t find a NHS dentist and the emergency don’t class me as an emergency ( understand)

Shall I just stick with the salt washes till I see the dentist next week ?
