Wisdom teeth X-ray inquiry

Hello doctors,
i visited the dentist today after a daunting night full of pain, in my left lower jaw, i found blood on one of my teeth, same area, the dentist asked me to do an X-ray, after he saw it, he said i should remove two teeth for the wisdom tooth to come out, can anyone explain this x ray for me please? The letter D indicates the right side, thank you endlessly in advance

You have 2 abscessed teeth on the lower right side, they are too badly decayed to fix so they need removed. The wisdom tooth on that side is in a useless position so it might as well be removed while you're numb for the other 2 extractions. Looks a simple job.
