Wisdom tooth extraction

I am getting my right upper wisdom tooth pulled with only local anesthesia. I'm wondering where will I feel numb? Will it travel into my cheek? I'm not afraid of the needle I'm afraid of not knowing what's going to go numb.. If anyone can answer please let me know!!

Your upper face and cheek will be numb, and possibly will reach into your ear.
