Wisdom Tooth hole still present 2 weeks after extraction

Hello all. I had my wisdom teeth pulled about two weeks ago and all the extraction sites are looking good except for my lower left side. The hole is still very apparent and it looks dark/gross looking. There’s no pain but I am concerned about infection and dying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m just scared and tired of looking at this hole and it not seeming to heal up or close.

It's fine. Might have been a bigger hole in the first place. It can take a while for bone to regenerate. Nothing to worry about though.

People in the West don't die from tooth problems unless they're either already very, very, very sick or get hit by a bus on the way to the dentist
