Wisdom tooth removal questions

So I have 3 impacted wisdom teeth and they're being removed this week on Thursday.
Any helpful tips for after the removal.
-how to brush properly?
-foods that are beneficial for toothe health?
-any things to specifically watch out for?

Regarding foods that are beneficial for teeth health- not sure what exactly you mean? If it’s about speeding up the healing process, then no, not really.
