worried about a blood clot?

I am on my third day. I am constently obssesing about getting a dry socket. I have been able to see it and white stuff is on top. But i realized that its going lower into the hole. Plus i am still in some pain its not horrible but its enough to be annoying... help is this normal?

Generally, if you had a dry socket you’d know it, pain-wise. I had a partially dry socket, and it was misery. And that didn’t start until over a week.

If you don’t already have an appointment for one week after the surgery, I suggest you make one.
