I finally went to the dentist on Tuesday chose to return to the private practice I had used before. I have anorexia which I’m now in recovery from and it doesn’t do my teeth much good. I had one tooth that was painful and had a hole close to the gum but I was convinced as I hadn’t been for years all my teeth were wrecked !! My new dentist is absolutely fabulous I cannot recommend her enough !! It turned out I needed one extraction the rest of my teeth were absolutely fine !!! Today I had the extraction done the tooth did get stuck took 4 different sets of the tools to get it out lots of pressure but no pain at all she gave me plenty of the local anesthetic I told her I didn’t care if I was still numb next week just give me loads !! Honestly 2 years I’ve had that tooth bothering me and now it’s gone never again will I put this stuff off never again will I suffer tooth pain I didn’t cry once I didn’t get upset or freak out I had this this time because I trust my dentist she’s calm and patient and that’s what I needed all along !!
Now I have a clean booked with the hygienist for the end of April once my extraction site has healed and I’m not scared anymore. Honestly don’t put it off don’t suffer pain none of it hurt today not one bit yet I’ve had tooth pain from that bad tooth for 2 years and it was driving my anorexia I was too scared to eat which then triggered it !!
You can do it find the right dentist go and meet a few do whatever you need to do if you live near Gainsborough in England I can give you the best recommendation !!
