Hi,

I’ve noticed today I have a spot on the cheek (inner) when I’m biting down on that side. I seem to be biting this cheek, unsure if it’s due to this spot being there. My cheeks feel rough somedays so possibly cheek biting in sleep. If this spot goes should this biting that’s interfering go away again.
or other issue?

Vicious circle sometimes, you catch your cheek when chewing or something then it swells a bit so you catch it some more... Try your best to not get into a habit of chewing on it and it should resolve in time.
