I am 50 and i haven’t taken care of my teeth and i have had a lot of dental work done.I am now so fearful
that with 2 right molar extractions in preparation for 2 implants that this will make my jaw sag ..I have already lost the lower 2nd molar 5 years ago and didn’t replace it.The 2 surrounding it are root canal treated so will be extracted for implants abd posdibly a bridge implant .On the left side 2 teeth also need root canal.My top teeth are all crowns except for 1 implant and 4 teeth that are untouched .The cost will be huge and i’m not sure i can afford this .I am deeply embarrassed,can’t sleep or enjoy with the worry about my facial muscles .He said i could have a partial denture after extraction .This fills me with dread as my family don’t know how bad my teeth are .Hoping to hear some encouragement or anyone relating to this
