Hard spot/lump on gum

Hi, any ideas what this could be on my top gum. Had it since my bottom molar tooth extraction 6.5 months ago. Seems to be one thing after the other since the extraction. Either that or I am getting paranoid. Thank you.

It's a bit of bone that's slightly "proud" of the rest of the area, there's a few things that can cause it, but nothing sinister, it's really nothing to worry about and yes, you're probably getting paranoid

That's Loch Linnhe, about half a mile down from my house, we're lucky enough to have a small "private" beach that very few people ever visit, the doggies love playing in the water.
