(title context: last time i seen a dentist i was a young teen)

Today i had an emergency appointment. I finally went to the dentist to get help with my cavity because with the cdcp i can afford to atleast fix two teeth. And i finally managed to motivate myself. Walked the 2 hours up up and back. (Wow do my legs ever hurt) And i talked to the hygenist and the dentist.

Of course it was some bad news i have a mild infection despite all my efforts to keep it clean (likely from the time a spice poked up in it) and it needs to be pulled. I'm on antibiotics now though and my next appointment is this Thursday. BUT I'm still immensely proud of myself for getting help.

Baby steps ♥️ still have more dental to do down the line with another wizzie to remove after this one is but I'll take all the wins in-between

So yay for not crying and throwing up in the dentist office. 🤣 Sooner this is done the sooner i can sleep and eat again.

And incase anyone needs the encouragement:
You guys got this! Take it one step at a time whatever that looks like for you. I'm rooting for you all. Even thinking of making an appointment is huge. You're doing your best. ♥️ I love you all.
