Hi,
So good to find this place, didn't know where else to look for advice.

Here is my story:
I have periodontal problems for some time now, about a month ago I got a dental cleaning at the upper jaw and it helped. Then for some reason the condition got worse at the lower jaw, my gums were bleading without even any touch, but all that is technicalities. The worset part is that some part of the gums, between the lower front teeth, is disattached and is loose. I'm realy afraid it will fall off if I brush or clean there somehow and avoiding proper cleaning is making it worse. Those front teeth feel very loose and I am also afraid that they will fall off if I bite.
If that is not bad enough- I lost 2 fillings in one week, first on the right side and a few days later one on the left. I have always been very paranoid about my fillings falling out and this fear came true twice in one week. I went to the dentist and got temporary fillings, the dentist said I can eat normally on both sides except very sticky or hard foods, but I'm too afraid. The newest filling was a rough procedure, the dentist said a few times that she will 'try' to put a filling and I'm not sure what this means...
This was done yesterday and my teeth and gums feel sensitive to even water. I was too afraid to brush my teeth or floss, and I'm afraid to eat anything solid.

Another problem is something feels extra sensitive at the upper right teeth at the back, the x-ray shows nothing and the dentist said to just brush and floss there properly, also that I was not able to do.
After thinking about it, what scares me the most is the food getting stuck on the teeth or between them. Food get stuck with almost every bite, the feeling is very annoying so I use my toung to remove it during eating, and I'm almost sure that this is why the fillings fell out.

Anyone know what can I do about it? I try to not use my toung to get rid of stuck food but I can't think of anything else to do during eating and I also can't keep eating with food stuck in the teeth. The food is also sticking to the teeth and I'm afraid that the fillings will go out with it when I remove it.

My next appointment with the dentist is in about one month and the second part of the dental cleaning is this week, is there anything I should ask at the cleaning? And how do I start to enjoy foid again or at least not be afraid to eat?

Thank you.
